Looking for some Southeast Asian dessert in Las Vegas? I got you!

Sweet Talk has a large variety of drinks and desserts that you could be standing there looking at the menu for dayssssss.

Just so you get an idea for drinks, they have fruit teas, uji matchas, premier coconut milk drinks, milk teas, scented pure tea, and slushies/smoothies! Unfortunately, this review/recommendation page is for the desserts so I can’t tell you if the drinks are good or not. I’ll be sure to come back to try the drinks and let you know if it’s good or not.

So let’s get on with it! For desserts, they have souffle cakes, signature fruit rolls, Hong Kong-style pancakes, fruit noodle soup, cake (on a first come first serve basis), traditional Cantonese dessert, coconut jelly, pudding, snow ice/slushies, mango pomelo tapioca, tofu curd, steam milk pudding, and last but not least, Chinese herbal jelly.

I mean just listing out what kind of desserts they have sounds kind of overwhelming already, am I right?

And if you’re unfamiliar with Southeast Asian style desserts, it can seem even more overwhelming where you can be questioning “what the heck is steam milk pudding???”

All I have to say is when it comes to trying new things, just come with an open mind because you never know… It may not sound tasty, but it can be the best thing your mouth has ever experienced!

So my aunt and I came to this dessert place because we saw the cute little pig-shaped desserts on Yelp, and ended up trying a couple of other things on the menu because they all sounded good!

Here is what we got and how I would rate them:

We got this cute little garden-looking Tiramisu. I would rate this a 4/5 because it wasn’t too sweet and the texture was pretty good!

My aunt wanted to try the (Regular) Chinese Herbal Jelly. I would rate it a 4/5. It was nice, refreshing, and not sweet at all. So you can add condensed milk to sweeten it up (which I love because I don’t like overly sweet desserts).

Last but not least, the dessert we came here for.. the pig! I was sad to dig into this dessert because it was just too cute. Eventually, I had to try it though and it was Strawberry Pudding. I would rate this dessert a 3/5. I didn’t have many expectations for it since I mainly ordered it for the aesthetics of it, but after trying it, I think it wasn’t something I would “crave” or “wow-ed” by.

Of course, all my posts and reviews are my opinion so I want to see what you guys think of them!

If you ever stop by and try it, let me know what you think!
