Truffles n Bacon is a cute cafe that serves comfort food with a twist. They serve breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, and dessert but are only open from 8 am – 3 pm! I went on a weekend and the wait wasn’t too bad, but if you don’t like waiting, I’d recommend joining their waitlist through Yelp or getting there early.
I got the Montecristo sandwich which to Truffles n Bacon is a lighter version of the classic Montecristo with ham, turkey, cheese, and honey grain mustard, riddled in French toast batter. I’d give this a 7.5/10. It was good, but not really my cup of tea.
If you like something both savory and sweet, I’d recommend this! If not, I recommend just coming out to try this place if you’re in Las Vegas and you like to try different dishes like ube French toast, mochi pancakes, wagyu pastrami burgers, and much more fun food!
Although I think what I ordered was just okay, I would definitely come back to try their other items! My friend got Pandan or Ube Pancake (I don’t remember which) and it looked so good!
